Water

Taps, faucets, and hoses provide most people in the Western world with WATER. Here it’s a waterhole and a bucket.  If you are lucky there may be a water truck. So how do you water 1,000 plus trees? Well this is the problem and one main reason why no one plants trees. After the struggle to get water for drinking, cooking and bathing there is little energy left to get more water for a TREE. SO…this is where we need YOUR HELP. We want to start with a small cistern and a depot for storage on the land. Rains have decreased and we want to see these trees LIVE!

Tree Farm

1,000 trees were planted but it doesn’t stop there. How can we re-forest the Northwest? We want to start a tree farm. Three young men are being trained in planting and re-forestation. These young men have been collecting small bags and collecting seeds to start the nursery. They want to have 1,000’s of trees growing and available for anyone to come and plant in their yards and gardens.

We have one year to have this tree nursery up and running. CAN YOU HELP US?  We believe that together we can do this.

The Road

When it does rain in the mountains surrounding the Plateau the little paths that we have are virtually impossible to pass. This is our vision, to make a decent road for trucks and vehicles to come to and from the land.
