Yesterday Manis sat down with some of the guys who are
working on the land. They are still digging out the latrine and just finished
preparing the land for the time when it DOES rain. Manis asked the guys what
they wanted out of life. Their response was to learn how to live a better life
and not just to learn things in a class room but to learn things from older and
wiser people.
Developing the land is only a part of the work. Nothing
happens quickly and the guys working with Samuel are also learning things that will
give them a better quality of life.
